is this the calm before the storm??

For almost a week straight i had awful back pain cramps leg cramps muscle spasms on my inner thighs. I lost my plug almost three weeks ago and now all of a sudden nothing for two days lol iv been dilated to one cm for three weeks and 40% thinned out for three weeks with no change. Im almost 38 weeks but what do you guys think? Is this the calm before the storm because the only sign to me that labor is on its way is insomnia.  I got up at the crack of dawn and cleaned all day! But thats it
