I totally disagree with the no aspirin. My doctor put me on one low dose aspirin a day at 7 weeks. It has not caused any problems. I have had an ultrasound every two weeks bc I am high risk and my baby is developing perfectly, thank god! I had a targeted u/s that was done by a specialist and it took about 30/45 minutes because they checked the baby from head to toe. They made sure that she had all of her organs , that everything measured correctly and they even checked her fingers and toes. And from what my doctor told me aspirin is not known to cause birth defects. It can cause the blood to become thin which in my case is a good thing. Tylenol can cause problems in some women also. And any doctor will tell you that no medication can be considered 100% safe.
Do not take aspiren or ibuprofen it is not safe for the baby. If you must take something take tylenol. As for stomach pains if your not bleeding i wouldn't worry too much. Since this is your first pregnancy your gonna feel your body changing. Your uterus is expanding along with your muscles and ligaments. Im 10weeks with my second but with my first i had alot of stomach pains they said it was stretching. I had my first ultrasound with my second at 8weeks and we could see the baby and the heart beat. It was an internal ultrasound. The baby was too small to see with the ultrasound over the belly. With my first pregnancy i had an ultrasound at 6weeks and 11weeks and both times they had to do it internally. Sleeping alot is normal. Fatigue is very big during the first trimester. It should get better during the second then pick back up during the third.
Congrats!!
Don't take ANY ibuprofen or aspirin its bad it cause.health problems for baby especially during 1st trimester. Your only allowed to take Tylenol. About the trouble sleeping talk to Ur doctor about that. Sleeping a lot. I think its normal I did. I'm almost 13 weeks now but between 8-10 weeks I slept about 13 hours a day. But u can always call an ask Ur doctor. For Ur first ultra sound at 11 weeks yes u should see the baby and its heart beat. Also I saw the hands and feet and it moving a lot. I'm not sure about salt but ask Ur doctor about that too. I hoped I helped. Best wishes
