Been told the same as you iam 39weeks though.. ive walked alot but nothing my last option is sex but not in the mood.. soo lets hope our stubborn bbys decide to come soon :)
I'm having the same issue. Noticed this morning when I got up that he felt low, so I ran with it. Stayed on my feet majority of the day and when I did sit down it was on the edge of the seat and I rocked back and forth. He still feels low so I'm thinking maybe it hopefully kick started something... Cleaned house. Walked around, did dishes. Swept the house. Just anything to stay on my feet and moving no matter how much pressure he was putting on my hips.. Hopefully some of this works for you.
Thankss Ladies just hope it works sooooo tired of being preggers.....:)
Try rocking your hips back and forth and in circular motions on a birthing ball
I didnt drop either n im 7 days away from my due date :(
I mean my baby didnt drop
I heard something about eating avacados cuz it has natural oils that make your baby slip out fast but walking does help or also try doing squats
You could literally go to bed with your baby not dropped at all, and wake up the next morning with them all the way down. Try not to stress about it. The end of pregnancy is fast. And your doc NEVER should have said baby would be late based on not being descended yet. It could happen in a heartbeat...
You can also try Raspberry leaf tea it helps alot. But just moving and being active helps the most. Thats what I do. I started dilating at 37 weeks and im almost 38 weeks and 2 cm dilated now and baby has dropped alot just about there. Good luck mommies :)
Thanks for all the tips ... I'm trying them all lol :)
