How to get baby head down?

I am 35 1/2 weeks and my baby is still head up. My dr said at 36 wks is when we will talk about moving him if he hasn't gone head down, but that is only a few days away. Any suggestions on how I can get him to move? Also, has anyone's dr had to move the baby before birth? I'm not sure what she would do and I am kind of nervous...

It is never best to move the baby head down on your own. Always let your doctor do that themselves. All you can do is wait patiently. You still have a lot of time before the baby turns over. I'm sure it will on it's own soon.

I am in the same boat as you! You seem to have a similar due date to me. I am due December 3. What about you?
I googled many exercises to do to try to turn the baby head down and the next 2 days i was incredibly sore and in pain. I was feeling cramps about every hour. I called my doctor because i got really scared, and he told me to rest and NOT to do exercises!! And that it might still turn on its own. So i think you should speak to your doctor before you do anything on your own.
