Having severe pain and spotting yet they told me not to head to hospital until contractions are unbearable
I went and I wasn't dilated more than 4 so they had me walking around for an hour was still 4 and they sent me home
That's ridiculous, id say if the paIn your having is that severe go to the hospital.
