PLEASE HELP ! contractions. (37weeks)

I am 37 weeks will be 38 weeks on friday dec 5th. I went to the hospital last night with contractions 3 min apart and fingertip dialated. They then sent me home. My question is what are some things i can do to dialate more and faster. I am just so Uncomftorable and cannot sleep anymore i am lucky if i get 4 hours of sleep a night !!

Looks like we have the same due date ill be 38 weeks on friday too..lucky you i havent felt any contractions.. Walk a lot tho that helps a lot

I still work too but only part time. And i have to wait until i have my son till i can take off work. My job is still in the process of approving my maternity leave.

I am still working full-time hours last day of work is dec 12 baby due on the 19. Looks like the same due date

Sex,castor oil& oj (ask doctor),lots of walking, squats, pineapples

Hospital got me to rock on a birthing ball to get my contractions closer together. They said that or go for a walk.
