dilating?
Hello. Im 38+4. Went to the doctor today and i am only 1cm dilated! I was really hoping i had progressed further. This is my second baby. Does this mean labor is still really far away?!
I have been walking.. Squats.. Etc. But as far as epo im hesitant about its safety. There is a lack of studies on its safety during pregnancy and is also known to be a blood thinner. So a little afraid to try that!
I've been taking EPO since I was 36 weeks vaginally, the recommended dose and I am now 39 weeks pregnant today 100 effaced, and 1 cm dilated! I do believe EPO helped with effacement! It definitely gave me mild cramping on a nightly basis!
Just depends. Try stuff to make you thin your cervix and you should start dilating. Evening Primrose oil works good ive been told.
