help!!
Im due December 23rd and I'm having contractions right now. No bloody show. .loss no mucus but it's friggin killing me..There really low and feel like a mix between menstrual cramps and a Charlie horse in my lower stomach and pelvic area. They are irregular but excruciating. Can I do anything to help them subside?
Deink water take some Tylenol and lay on your left side hopefully that will help ive been told if they dont have a rythom or are inconsistent then ita Braxton hicks, I too am due Dec 23 good luck mama
Nothing you can do about them really... just your body preparing for birth. Drink a lot of water and try repositioning your body. Make sure you are keeping track on when they occur and how long they last. If they get worse call your doctor!
