Im 39weeks and 4days and im only 1cm dilated she is due Saturday 27th how can I make her *** faster please help me
I feel your pain. I am due Christmas. Been two cm dilated and 50 percent effaced for two weeks. Get checked tomorrow to see if any progress. My doctor said the only thing that works is walking and sex. Walking will bring baby down with gravity which will help you dilate and sperm will help soften cervix. Orgasm will help bring on contractions. She said under no circumstances try castor oil (popular method on these forums) because it can make you have diarrhea and make baby poo inside which can be fatal in worst case.
