Im a HIIT mum and still doing it 2x a week plus 3 runs. And i will carry on. Just listen to your body and take it easy with a nice bath after xx
My sister did Zumba all the way through both her pregnancies, she was dancing until 3 days before her second child was born. Both of them never sit still! Check with your GP but also listen to your body.
Just listen to your body. Workouts are great for the baby. Stay hydrated and don't get overheated and you'll be fine.
I an still doing crossfit 4x per week...just modified. I am 6 weeks :) Ni jump roping in first trimester is the biggest risk
