Anyone else getting pinched nerves in their backs?

It's 2am and I'm laying wide awake because my arm and neck are in pain.  It seems like every two weeks my back take turns getting pinched nerves causing my arms and neck to be in pain.  :(  almost like restless leg syndrome just in my arm.  It's in my left this time.....I can't lay on my right side because my heartburn really acts up.  Haha I feel like a helpless cause.  Anyone experiencing this and if so what do you do to help it? I refuse to take any Tylenol even though they say okay to it.  29 weeks 2 days, December can't come fast enough.  Although I know I'll miss his jabs and kicks once he's born.

I have been experiencing the same thing in both arms. It is called carpal tunnel syndrome. Its very painful and mine is in the worst stages due to neck and back injuries. It gets worse the bigger you get and unfortunately doesnt go away until after birth.
Im up 4 times a night having to shake my arms out and my fingers are numb and tingly during the day.
Try elevating yourself to sleep, lying on your side with your arm elevated helps. Good luck. I know just how you feel and it is not the best!!
