How many pounds have you ladies gained?

I am 38 weeks 3 days and I had my appointment yesterday. So far I have gained 19 pounds this pregnancy. Just wow how much others have gained.

I lost 2 stone at the start of this pregnancy and am now 38 weeks and havent put on a pound since. I was a bit overweight to begin with though.
