Lower back tailbone pain.

I have been having lower back and tailbone pain for the past few days. I've tried taking hot showers and baths and even done different stretches and it has not helped at all! I can't sit bend over or walk fast without it hurting. I am 23 weeks. I need some advice ?

Hi I have been getting the same problem best thing that worked for me is getting on hands and knees and wiggle your tummy around slowly and gently just to make the baby move it may help.

I'm 23wks this Friday, I am experiencing the same pains, I'm told it's normal. You should take ur time moving around. Stretch slower, move slower...is what I'm told and more frequently. I'm not use to slow motion so it's definitely a change.  My pains come and go, if it's constant I would call doctors office and check with nurse.
