Same boat. I'm almost 6 weeks in and I haven't had many symptoms at all. But every pregnancy is different.

I'm the same...just about 6 weeks and been a little extra tired a few weeks  ago and now nothing. Everyone says it will come. I don't  see the doc for another 2 weeks yet.

I haven't had any symptoms either, except I am really tired at the end of the day! I am hoping I don't experience too much nausea in the next few weeks. I read nausea usually kicks in around week 8.
