Over 39 weeks and no sign of labor

I'm 0 dilated. Haven't even lost my mucus plug yet. This baby is stubborn. Anyone go from 0 to delivery in a week? Is that even heard of?

Try evening primrose oil. It's supposed to help soften and efface your cervix! ❤️

Awh thanks for replying ladies. I'm feeling so anxious and just want her here now. I know I won't be the only pregnant mama feeling that way but it's awful.
I feel like I live on the loo and constantly checking for my plug these past few days x

I went from 0 to delivery in a matter of hours with my first..it can happen..unfortunately I am not so lucky this time around, I will be 41 weeks Friday and nothing has happened.no real contractions, no dilation or effacement. Baby isn't even enguaged yet, but it will happen when it's supposed to..at least that's what I keep telling myself. Keep your head up.

I'm due tomorrow and was having signs of her coming for at least 2 weeks then everything stopped. I think I started reading too much into every little niggle or cramp convincing myself the "this is it'. I've tried all the old wives tales this week but nothing worked so I'm now lying in bed exhausted just bored and lonely... I can't wait to meet my baby girl x

Same here I'm 38 weeks pregnant and barely dilated 1 cm. I have had lower back pain and some pressure down there but that's it. She will come when it's her time. Prayers for all of us to have a good labor and delivery

I'll be 40 weeks on Tuesday and this kid has shown no signs of making an appearance. I'm barely 1cm dilated and cervix is still very firm. It is possible to have sudden changes, everyone's different. This kid is just trying to teach me patience - at least that's the positive spin I'm taking.

My mom went from 0cm at her 38week checkup to 7cm and full-blown labor at 38+6 when she had me. I on the other hand have been dialated for a while and no sign of baby yet.
