hey everyone, this is my first baby and I was wondering if I can crush my prenatal pills and put them in my drink? I'm only asking because I suck at taking pills and these are so big. Thanks in advance for your comments:)

I take vitafol nano. They are teeny tiny!

I started with the gummy ones. Ironically I went in for my yearly the week before I found out I was pregnant. I told them I have trouble swallowing big pills and was worried for prenatal vitamins. They gave me samples of small ones. The one I took was literally the same size my birth control pills were. Try talking to your doctor about different kinds you could try.
