Check for streching on the internet. Some basic and safe yoga posture can help too. Doing some cat-cow and pelvic tilt help me a lot. It's funny I also have it only on the left side and I'm 26 weeks. For sleeping, a big pillow between my legs help.
Ice. I'm having the same issue, except most of my pain is in the right butt cheek. Ice packs have really helped.
