Yes, it's fine up to 200 MG of caffeine. That's about a tall at Starbucks. Decaf is a bad choice since it has a ton of nasty chemicals to take out the caffeine. It's better to drink the real thing.
I read everywhere that you have to be careful on the one cup a day only. But I drink it. You should be fine
Most doctor are ok with one small cup a day. There really good decaf too.
