I am 12 weeks and 3 days. I feel slight pressure in my pelvic area and it feels like my stomach is a knot. Could it just be the baby moving?
I'm on baby number too and have that a lot too. More than likely it's your placenta growing. It's constantly growing and making room for the baby. If you feel the baby you will feel flutters or a thump. I feel those a lot!
Probably:) or things just growing. I told my mom I kept feeling like I had knots/butterflies in my stomach and she said it was the baby moving. First time mom here so I have to ask my momma everything lol but im sure its just the baby moving on ya!
