Really worried!

Ladies I have 5 kids at home my youngest is 4. I'm 12 wks pregnant I went to c my OB yesterday for my boils  well he prescribed me oral antibiotics. And we saw baby on mini ultrasound everything looked good.  I always have some cramping and every symptom possible.  Well I woke up around 1am. Cuz i felt like I wet myself so I ran to the bathroom well it was all blood but like a darker blood called the on call and went in to the er. The started iv took blood work did a vaginal ultrasound and a pelvic exam. Told me everything was fine and I'm on bed rest for 3 days till I c my OB again.  On my discharge papers for the results of the ultrasound r on there and say. Subchorionic hemorrhage measures 4.2x1.9x1.4. This is noted at the lower margin of the gestational sac!  And gave me all paperwork for possible miscarriage well I called my dr. Don't want to tell me anything till I c him in 3 days.  Does this mean I'm having a miscarriage I never had one before I just want to knw what's going on?! I'm so scared now. Someone pls help.
