When you I start to buy baby things like crib, clothes and car seat..?

I bought the crib, some clothes, and a cube organizer. We will buy more after the baby showers...

I am waiting until I find out if I am having a boy or a girl (2 weeks from today). I plan on buying the big stuff: crib, dresser, car seat. And then waiting until after my shower in October to buy whatever else I need. I am due Dec. 31

I've been randomly buying clothes mainly because I'm buying gender neutral colors because I'm not finding out the sex of my baby. I also already have a stroller car seat and swing but those were gifts. I agree start whenever you feel is right and especially if it's a good sale lol
