Bleeding at 4 weeks 2 days

Has anyone else experienced period like bleeding early in their pregnancy? Only mild cramping.  I have a Dr's appt in the morning, but am freaking out, and just looking for some reassurance.  This is my third pregnancy and I haven't experienced bleeding with either of my first 2 babies.

I'm glad you gave the update. I was wondering about it. I'll hold out hope for next month!

Thank you so much for hoping for the best for me. Unfortunately, we lost this one, but luckily it happened so early in the pregnancy. We won't give up, and will try again for number 3 next month :)

They took some blood today to check hcg levels, but my cervix is slightly open so the dr says it doesn't look good :(
And I'm bleeding more now too

I took 3 tests last week (week before my period should start) and they were all positive. Took 2 tonight because of the bleeding and it says negative.  Worried that it might be a miscarriage. I really really don't want it to be:(

I experienced bleeding with my first. Enough that I thought I was having my period and didn't suspect I was pregnant. When I finally took a test and made it to my dr I was four weeks further along than I thought.
