(have heard of people finding out from 13 weeks onwards)

i found out with my son it was a boy at 11 weeks depends on the u.s tech

i would love a boy and will hopefully find out soon.  if my doctor's office can not tell, i might have a 3d ultrasound done at 15 or 16 weeks to find out a little bit earlier.

I should be able to find out on August 19th when I have my level 2 sono. I am hoping for a girl, but above all, I just want a healthy, happy baby.

Not that I don't think we will completely adore whatever we end up pregnant with!  :)

It is soo hard waiting..

I think I have about 4 weeks until I find out. I book my next ultrasound when I see my obstetrician next. (on 12th August)

i wanna know NOW!!!! but i probably wont be finding out till around Sept 11th, 18weeks, at my level 2.  =(  hoping its a boy!!

We're going to a local ultrasound place on the 27th. It will cost $75 out of pocket (that's the sale they have going on for a basic, 2-d ultrasound) but it's worth it to find out a few weeks early. Otherwise, I'd have to wait until mid September for my regular ultrasound appt.
I just hope the baby cooperates at this place, or we'll be out $75! I hope to go back when I'm 28 weeks and get the 3-D ultrasound done (when the baby is more filled out in the face).

Oh well, we'll know soon enough!

yea, i was thinking about doing that but its $60 out of pocket and no guarantee yet and at least they will know for sure (hopefully) by Sept, its just so darn far (and yet its really not) im just impatient!! =)

I booked my ultrasound today, and I have to wait until the 19th Sept!

I am going to see my mother in law (plane trip) from the 11th -18th Sept, and even got permission from my doctor to have the ultrasound a few days before!

But no luck for me, they were fully booked and so I'll have to wait until after the trip...

my first prental appt is not until sept 15th so imagion how i feel i have another appt next tuesday at 9 am i dont know how to attend becuz i have no one to watch my son and if i awake him that early at 8 am he will be mad at me the whole day lol because my doctors office is jammed with appt with new pregnant ladies my sister goes there at northwestern prentice in downtown chicago she said it is soo busy im like no wonder i have to wait that long im just worried so probably ill find out the sex on the 15th or maybe a little after

I have 3 children and found out with my last child that he was a boy at my 12 week n/t scan. i am now 14 weeks pregnant and found out at my 13 week n/t scan that we are expecting a girl!!!!

We are planning to wait and not find out... I waited with my other childrenand it was so exciting at the birth to not knowwhat it is until the Dr says "It's a ......" So exciting... However with my placenta previa we have to have frequent u/s after 20 weeks to see if the placent has moved or not. I amhoping we have a modest baby with legs closed so the suprise isn't spoiled. My husband wouldn't know what he's looking at but I think I can tell if I see it...
I guess I'm old school!!

i dont think they will even check until your past 13 weeks, only because it may look like a girl today, but in 2 weeks, the little boys develop and then it may change. Good luck though!! that would be great to know that early but just a heads up!!

My regular ob/gyn said Iam having a boy at 11 weeks but since it was too early I chose to wait . I had my U/S at 15 weeks and yes it is a boy moving and waving at us.
