How old is your newborn now and how much does he or she weigh??
Caiden just had his 2 month check up...poor little guy had to get his shots (but he was such a trooper!) and he weighs 13 pounds 8 ounces! And he's almost 24" LONG! He is soo freakin tall! If he was a shorty, he would look extra super chunky, lol! I just can't believe he's over 13 pounds already, ha ha!

yup i got a chunker too. Logan goes next week i have a feeling we will hit the 17lb mark
Michaela will be 5 months in 5 days time. I weighed her at home and she's just under 16 lbs. Will get her weight officially when we get her checkup next week.
AT 4 months 1 days Ryan was 15lbs1oz and 24" long. I have a short little pudgy budda.

Brooke's 4 month (5 day) appointment went good. She cried the first couple minutes after getting her needles.. like the last time but so far she's doing ok. She weighs 14 pounds 6 oz. and is 25" long.
I hope she does better this afternoon then the last time! Can start her on rice cereal now.. woohoo can't wait.

The results are in!! My lil Chubba Caiden weighed in at 4 Months 2 Days old at a whopping 17 pounds, 11 ounces! I almost keeled over!! He is 26" long and in the 90th percentile for his height and weight! The doc said he is perfect and healthy as can be! She said she would have never guessed his weight because he's so long that its spread out pretty evenly. What a big boy I have!!
We were told to wait 6 months before introducing solids and cereal so I guess we'll just stick with plain ol formula for now! Oh and he did really good with his shots...he was smiling a minute after he had them :) Good lil boy!

OMG that is tiny! Caiden was 11 pounds at a week old! LOL
Not sure of his current height and weight. His appointment is Friday so I will update then! Can't wait to find out!!

Sarah turned 4 months on Wednesday and she weighed 16 lb 8 oz, was 25 1/4 inches long and her head measured 16 3/4. For her weight she was in the 95th percentile and her height and head was 75%.
Doctor gave us a go for experimentation with fruits and veggies. Sarah has already had her first fruit.....bananas....shes too cute!!!

well my lil man just turned 3mths yesterday and he's almost 15lbs and 25in long.......but i dont think he's over weight yet..........
yeah i think Mckenna's tongue spends more time out of her mouth than in it
which makes her look more like my father in law cause he does the same thing and your welcome. Yeah as long as u are washing ur hands and not sneezing and couhg in her face she should be fine. i know i work two ft jobs so i know how hard it is
luckly i can bring the younger kids with me for one I am PCA for myadopted little brother so i get paid to bring my kids with me and chit chat with my mother and play with the babies lol good luck and feel better

Yea...its hard.....to get rest because I work FT and then go home to Sarah..and DH has it too...so we are both handling her while we are sick! Just hoping it goes away quickly...

welll i hope she gets better soon it is hard when they get sick young it is not like they can tell u what is bothering them . Make sure u get as much rest and drink the fluids ( i know getting rest with a baby is a hard thing) . Yeah right now my hubby and son are just getting over a cold. Man i keep the baby in isolation from them lol I was like please dont touch her unless u have too i dont want to ge ther sick again and then with the whole Flu thing going around ( i work in a lab so i am seeing alot of testing for it in my area) makes me not want to take the kids anywhere

Yes, I run a cool mist humidifer every night in our room....use saline and suck out her nose..shes on amoxycylin now..hope that clears it up. I went to the docs yesterday to find out i have a virus and they wouldnt give me anyhting..so i hope I can get rid of it before she is done with her meds bc I dont want to give it back toher!!! *****.....dh is already feeling better than me!
yeah that happens with kids trust me I know i have it going from my oldest to the youngest then the hubby and when they are all better i amthe one who gets sick lol welcome to parenthood lol ARe u runninga cool mist humidifer ( sp) and using saline up her nose and cleaning it out with bulb things ( man i can think of how to spell it lol to tired) goodluck l;et m know how things go
Thanks! I am going to the docs today and hubby prob tomorrow so we are well and dont pass it back to her once her cold clears up! its a viscous cycle..
Mckenna is like 10 and 1/2 weeks old she will be 3 months old on may 11 ans she is soming at just about 12 lb even but she is long almotst 24 inches
