I havent stopped walking, and do not do it vigerously either. I do play with my other two children also, but again not too hastily. Yep 3 1/2 - 4 lbs. Is what she said. By what I have seen from the ultrasound he does look very big to me. His feet are big and his legs look like ham bones. lol. I do not care how big he is as long as the lil man is healthy. Im sure you can understand. I also wanted to say thank you for the encouragment. You are a doll.
I have been eating pretty good, and gained about 20 lbs so far...I also walk about 2 miles a day, and I had been lifting light weights....doing lunges, bis, and tris...and I actually discovered that every time I would work out with weights in the past week...I would get Braxton Hicks, and painful ones....so I had to stop that!!
Don't stop exercising if you are, its very good for you and baby.
Just worry about eating healthy and leave it at that.
mmm. i dont know about that, some women just have weird weight gain maybe, i mean if the baby is healthy and you are, why is she making you worry? (hopefully the placenta stops moving..) eating ice cream is good and fattening you can try that. i gained weight but mostly stomach area, maybe dont exercise too much if you are?
good luck..
3 1/2 to 4 lbs??
From the online info about baby development my baby at 27 weeks would be about 2 lbs. Your doctor can't be right when she says your baby is already 3 1/2 - 4 lbs. She must be exaggerating. Maybe that includes the uterus?? That would be one massive baby!
Hi,
Wish I had your problem. I am ballooning!
Seriously though, if you are eating plenty without limitations (and it sounds like you are) don't worry about gaining or not gaining weight. Every woman is different and your body will do what is best for it and your baby. You can't force yourself to gain when your body doesn't want to.
Drs may try to fit us all into standard boxes, but we are not standard. I reckon don't worry, sounds like you are doing just fine.
I too have put on only 3lbs and i am 25 weeks along and i lost over 35ilbs as of my 20 week appt at my 23 week appt i put on the 3 lbs. my son is weighing in at 2lbs. Just keep doing what your doing obviously your son is taking what he needs.
