Rapid heart rate

I had my appt with the OB yesterday.
Everything with baby looked good. I mentioned that my heart was beating extremely fast. She did an ecg and it was roughly 136bmp. I got very sick in October with what I think was the h1n1 and my heartrate went up to the 120 range, it has never came back down from them. I brought this up to my regular pysician and he didnt seem so concerned.
I am just waiting on tests now to see what it is. The OB figures that its my thyroid, but also checking for anemia and my sugars etc.
She said she will be setting up an appt with a specialist if it comes back that its thyroid. If it was a low hb, she could give me a script to help that, but with the high hb I need to see a specialist.
So what do they do for that?
Anyone else with the same issues, what did they do for you?

Thanks,
Yesterday I received a phone call from my OB's office, telling me that I am supposed to get a heart monitor on for 24hrs, I have to record everything I am doing etc.
My blood tests all came back perfect, so it wasnt anything we had thought it could be. I see a cardiologist in the next few days, after he has received the data to see where to go from there, I guess.
Anyhow, I have to get the halter removed this afternoon at 3 and then an ultrasound at 4, so we will see how baby is doing. She is still quite active so I am not too worried.

I have never had these problems, but I hope they figure things out for you and that it isnt anything serious.

Keep us updated on what your tests show!
