Are babies are growing up! :/

I can't believe how fast our babies are growing up. Emily turns 8 months on the 5th and already has 3 bottom teeth and she has 4 coming in on top. She walks around her crib, play pin, the side of the sofa and anything she can walk against. Says papa and mama, She gives high fives, claps her hands when I say bravo and bounce when I say bounce lol. Oh and of course her favorite she plays peek-a-boo. So cute.

What are your babies up to?

Amy is 9 months and she just last week started to say mama, she waves bye, will try to say mas(more) when being fed and im taking too long to put the spoon back in her mouth lol.. and knows the sign for all done, and uses it A LOT mroe than i thought she would lol... she gives kisses yes big whole mouth open tongue out wet ones with some booggers included once in a while lol.. she walks along furniture and will let go and walk from one side of the playpen or crib to the other without holding on, she can stand by herself and when u are looking she claps like she knows shes doing somehting right (its adorable)  she also says up when she wants to be picked up, she only has 2 bottom teeth but has 2 trying to come thought the top...

Rcc any amount of breastmilk you can provide is great even if only a few days or a few months it still has a huge benefit :)

The first 2 months are the most difficult because your nipples get smashed and I still persevered through that :)  It kind of makes all that pain not even worth it because I stopped breastfeeding a few months later :(  I am still sad about it but this soy milk has changed Ella into a completely different child :)  so I guess that is a positive :)

Awe thnx ladies for the words of encouragement. My Gia is to make it to 1 year and anything passed that is just icing on the cake. I was so nervous I would fail at breastfeeding. It took a lot of work but I think at 4-5 months it was easy I didn't have to worry about positioning her or anything she basically would help herself lol. I see now why not many women stick with it, those first 1-2 months are SO hard!

I am so jealous sunworshiopper is still breastfeeding.  I breastfed my son till he was 10 months but my other two till they were about 4 or 5 months.  After looking back I probably should have put my son on formula because he showed all the signs my other two did before I put them on formula.  I loved breastfeeding when i think about it but when I made the decision to stop I basically went cold turkey and I never had the big sore boobs I am always told about.  I guess I produced enough milk to keep them going but once their appetities picked up that was me :(  I hate buying formula!!!!!  but Ella is a million times better now on soy free formula :)

Ellie is nine months and it's gone by too fast!!  She says mama dada and dog. She pulls up on everything too. She blows kisses plays peek a boo, loves jumping and laughing. She self feeds and drinks from a cup. And I'm proud to say she is still breastfed, no formula! :). She also pretty much never cries. Oh and she waves at people too. If you ask where mama is she looks and leaning to them same with dada and knows all three dogs by name (Misti, Jack, Chuckles)

My twins are 10 1/2 months old and I'm starting to plan their 1st birthday party (which is only like 7 weeks away!). I can't believe they're almost one. This weekend actually marks the year anniversary of my baby shower, so it's bitter sweet!

Both babies are crawling, pulling up on EVERYTHING, talking/babbling ("mama", "dada", "baba", and other random baby jibberish!), they both have 4 teeth each with more trying to come through, mimicking sounds we make, and Carly is attempting to walk. I can't wrap my head around the fact that my sweet babies are not infants anymore. They're making their way into toddler hood.

Ella has only one tooth just coming through :(  She doesn't really talk unless crying is talking lol - that she seems to do frequently.  She crawls up behind me and stands up and holds on to me.  She is also standing up on her own and takes a few steps before she falls down.  She can walk around furinture and push one of those push toys and walk.  She can't clap her hands lol but when she sits on my hip she will peek around and face me and smile - I hope that makes sense
