Baby acne

Anyone experiencing baby acne? We had a few small bumps two weeks ago and I thought that was the extent of it but no. It's come full force these past few days. Annabelle has it all over her fave, into her hairline and a few spots on her ears. The pedi assures me it's totally normal and nothing to worry about. She said 4-6 weeks is very normal since all of my hormones are exiting her body. It just looks so painful. I know I'd be dying if my face had this many bumps on it. Poor baby. Annabelle doesn't seem bothered at all, so I just keep her face clean and dry. Just wondering if anyone else has dealt with the acne.

I wash her face every morning and sometimes just take a cool rag and wash and dry and in the afternoon if it looks red. Pedi said as long as it's not oozing or scabbing it's fine. And like you said, she doesn't feel a thing. Just looks so sad to me, especially since she had perfect skin the first few weeks. Always seems better in the morning then same ole, same ole by mid day. I know it will go away... just hoping sooner rather than later.

Baby acne is totally normal and painless for them. It's unlikely it is bothering her at all. Ellie had it too and we washed her face every day even if she didn't get a bath. She had it on her chest too I felt so bad for her it looks so ugly. But it went away and has stayed away as long as her face is washed with soap and water daily

IF they are little tiny bumps they could be milk spots which are completely normal.  I wouldn't be too concerend
