Yes! As long as she is healthy I'm not worried :)
Thank you! I'm so glad that your OB isn't too concerned that's awesome! Who knows maybe their scales were messed up and honestly some women end up gaining 40lbs but take it all off after delivery no problem. So at the end of the day no matter how much you gain as long as baby and you are healthy than nothing to worry about :)
She called today! Haha. Probaby cuz I bugged her again earlier today. lol, but she isn't too concerned as of now, and said we'll talk abou it at my next appt. next week, since its so soon. :) Im so glad to hear your amnio results turned out normal. GREAT news. :)
Hmm strange they didn't call back. Maybe call them tomorrow? I hate it when drs don't call back :P
well the doc never called back today...i called to be sure she got the note and she did. Maybe she just wasnt concerned so decided not to call back? We'll see, I'll post more when I get a call!
I get shakey too but I have hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). I wonder if it has to do with blood sugar like diabetes or something. As for weight gain I'm not sure. I've gained 8lbs total and I'm 22.5 weeks pregnant now. My dr said that is normal.
If it is diabetes the dr will probably send you to a nutritionalist. It's not that you are eating cr@p but they will teach you how to eat when you have gestational diabetes. You have to eat every few hours like clockwork and exercise helps too like yoga or going for walks. I'd say through the weekend try not to stress if it was something urgent they wouldn't just send you home. I'd try eating every few hours and lots of veggies, lean protein and such. Avoid sugar. I don't have diabetes so I don't know the specifics. You can try looking up gestational diabetes info maybe that would help. Good luck! Let us know what the dr says on Mon
