I also wake up a lot at night starving. I've tried eating protein before bed but I still wake up feelin like I haven't eaten in days lol. I've started keeping a water bottle, almonds, ginger ale, crackers and NutraGrain Bars next to the bed also fruit rollups for sugar bc my blood sugar tends to be too low and the belly bars.
Lil_lady have you tried the belly bars yet? Gotta try the chocolate toffee ones. YUM!! If you can't find them let me know I can send you a few or you can order them at Target's website :). I have the yogurt nut ones too but haven't eaten them. It seems like after the chocolate toffee nothing will ever compare LoL.

Trying43: apple slices with peanut butter seem to go well for me or grilled cheese sandwich on white bread. Also mints and to drink lemon flavored seltzer water. Feel better!

I am sick all day and feel better at night but I cant sleep.  Dr. recommended eating protein and small meals.  Also eat something sour, like lemon drops.  I dont like candy so I tried actual lemons and it did help a little or maybe wishful thinking, lol.

Does anyone else wake up at night a lot? I feel like I wake up about 3 - 4 times a night. And when I wake up I feel like I am starving and havent eaten in days. I think I need to store some crackers near my bedside.

GBen - I also have the nose of a hound dog since I saw those 2 pink lines. We walk through a store and I can pinpoint which direction the candle aisle is in haha  Food smells havent bothered me too much. My man doesnt cook so I dont have to worry about him cooking up something smelly.

It's worse when my tummy is empty or I'm tired so my morning sickness is worst at night bc I'm exhausted.

I still haven't gotten sick, but I stay in a constant state of light nausea. Not sure which is worse. uugghhhhh  Nothing smells good or tastes good anymore either, but I'm managing to force down what I need so far.

Hahahahaha that so sounds like me.  I cover my mouth and nose when people cook around me.  I am athe same I eat as much as I can in the morning because when 2 hits the nausea kicks in and then between 4 and 5 I throw up whether there is something in my tummy or not.  I'm starting to think it's all in my head lol

Me too! I eat in the morning as much as possible because I'm lucky if I can keep down my dinner of dry toast and ginger ale.  Does it really bug you when people cook seriously fragrant foods???My husband was cooking with onion last night and I was gagging for an hour.  TERRIBLE!!!

Haha I am one of those that starts feeling sick after 2ish.  I throw up every night around 5 well have done the last few days.  I then feel quesy until I go to bed.  I eat the most in the morning because that is the only time I can stomach any food.

I start to feel sick around 4 and it gets worse and worse as the night goes on.  I can manage to fall asleep around 10:30 but I usually wake once during the night feeling like I'm about to throw up.  I feel the best in the morning and by noon I can feel little waves of nausea coming on.  I wonder how long this will last? My last pregnancies were so different but I usually wasn't sick anymore by the 14th week.  5 more weeks to go seems like eternity but if baby is healthy, I'll take it!

I am completely opposite of you. I feel fine at night just have a hard time sleeping. And in the morning I feel so ill. There have been many days that it has been impossible to keep my breakfast down. I have heard of other ladies on here though with night sickness. Do you feel sick late at night before bed or do you wake up and feel ill?
