Anyone else getting leg cramping?

I might be alone on this one but I have been having some painful leg cramping down my thighs ever so often. I have read online that it could be i'm not getting enough calcium or potassium. I have no idea.....does anyone else have this problem?

hahah...i'm sorry your legs are cramping! Mine are cramping so bad right now I hoped on the forum to see if anyone else was expirencing this....so I guess I'm not alone! I have a terrible aching feeling in my tighs. I'm gonna try the tums thing right now, it makes sense and then drink a ton of water! I 'll let you know if it helps! I hope your cramping subsides....

My neighbor had this problem and said the best fix was to take a couple of Tums (for the calcium). She would take three at bedtime and be good to go for another day. You can also have your levels checked to see. I know my potassium level was low a few times ESP after throwing up a lot from being sick but low potassium made me feel super sick. Potassium and magnesium both relax the muscles.

I hope this passes soon sounds like NO fun!!  You can try heat to relax the muscles where they are cramping.
