I went in yesterday and had only gained 1 lb in three weeks but baby was growing. OB says as long as baby proves to be doing well, my weight is of little concern. So don't worry!
sunworshiper I saw your belly pics and you are soooo tiny lol, you look great! I started eating less breads and stuff like that and then I had the flu.... similac makes a pregnant person meal replacement called similac mom
How do you slow down the weight gain?!? Somebody please tell me the magic trick. I only wanted to gain the min 25lbs and I am 2 pounds from that so I only want to gain two pounds in the next 6 weeks.
My mom blew up like a balloon after pregnancy she went from a size 0 to a size 16! If that happens to me I will cry so much. I know it's not all about looks but I want to look in the mirror and feel beautiful and at a size 16 I wouldn't feel that way. I was a size 6 or 8 depending upon the brand prepregnancy
i have been the same weight for 4 weeks now well i might have gained a couple ounces.... its okay as long as you are measuring right then all is good... my dr was actually happy that I slowed down with my weight gain
Plus all this stress you are under no wonder you haven't gained much weight. When people are stressed they either lose weight or blow up like a balloon. I rather lose weight than blow up like a ballon ;) and I'm sure at this point people are jealous of you not gaining weight. I know every time I get on the scale at this point i want to cry and become anorexic (not that i would really travel down that road again) but man is it depressing and I swear I pretty much eat healthy. Whatever your secret is, tell me ;)
I wouldn't be too concerned either if you haven't put on much weight. This is my third pregnancy and the midwives have never weighed me - they are absolutely terrible considering I miscarried before I fell pregnant with this one. I would say as long as baby is fine then you shouldn't worry :)
As long as baby is fine that it doesn't matter how much or little you gain. I would assume baby is gaining and you have lost some somewhere
