Breastfeeding?

Is anyone else exclusively breastfeeding?  No bottles even of pumped milk or forumula?

I should also mention my husband works 12 hour shifts and he has worked every day but one for over three weeks straight so he is pretty much never home so he can't feed her bc he isn't home :P

I totally get pumping for curiosity, I like seeing how much I can get sometimes :). Same hubby takes her sometimes so I feed her first and then they go. I don't BF in public but I do at home when friends (female) are over.

I also am a SAHM as of right now, so I just spend all my time with Sophia, and the times I do go out I breastfeed in the car or in the bathroom. I'm still shy to do it in front of others, I just feel weird doing so. Sophia is going to be 3ms soon so her feedings are not as demanding as before, and also I hardly go out for long periods of time. The times she is with hubby she has already been fed. I have pumped only once, and that was just due to my own curiosity lol sounds weird but its true lol.

I did not purposefully avoid it what happened was Ellie had trouble BFing bc she was a preemie and so the ped said wait to introduce bottle and then when we introduced she would only take enough to take the edge off hunger wise and then wanted to nurse. She won't take a paci nor would she ever either.

Luckily I am a SAHM so I'm with Ellie all the time. When I go out I time it around her feedings and go shopping or whatever. When I bring her with I BF in the car or bathroom. She is quiet never cries so I can bring her pretty much everywhere. As she gets older she will go longer between feedings and it will be easier to go places without her. But I truly don't mind if she tags along all the time either. They grow and change so very fast so every moment I can spent with her I cherish as I know we all do :)

It can be hard but mainly I pumped exclusively for the first five weeks and never want to pump again so it's partly selfish reasons but it works for us and the ped said the less bottles the better. Every mom and ped tells me the less bottles the better preferably no bottles at all. It means getting up for every single feeding but that's ok w me!

How do you manage to avoid bottles altogether? Do you never leave her with hubby? I breastfeed when we're home but leave a bottle if I go out and take a bottle when we go to a restaurant or shopping and also make one a day so hubby can feed her in the early evening.

Ellie won't do the pacifier either so not surprised she hates the bottle.

Rcc pumping is a pain the the butt I agree!!!  I have an entire freezer full of pumped milk. So glad to not do that anymore. I pumped when she was a preemie newborn and couldn't latch an suck wasn't strong enough but once she latched I stopped pumping and no more bottles either :D

Yeah my little one doesn't want anything to do with bottles. I don't think she likes the taste, which makes sense since she doesn't even take a pacifier.

I am breast feeding exclusively.  Have expressed a handful of times but it is too hard sometimes so I just breast feed.

Yay there is two of us :)

I felt SO sick tonight I pumped a bottle for Ellie and gave it to my husband to feed her so I could sleep a little and she was biting the bottle and crying she wouldn't drink it. I guess that's ok though I generally have zero reason for bottles and no desire.
