I have a very hard job where I am on my feet all day and when I come home I can barely walk. I don't believe in taking anything even though Tylenol is considered safe but I chose to take a long hot shower and lay down with my feet up and relax and it works everytime. Our bodies are being overworked  and the hormones that are being released causes everything to be lose which can cause complications. I am thinking about leaving work not only from the pain but I am in an unsafe environment due to toxic black mold in my workplace so sometimes we have to do what is best for the baby. Take it easy and relax and do nothing after a day of work.

I agree with luvmy2girls you might be over doing it. If you are on your feet alot at work  try seating down, every chance you get. I am also suffering from lower back lately.  So when i get home i just put my feet up,  try to relax, and do stretches.

You might be over doing it.  Try stretches and lots of relaxing when you get crampy.  Your body is growing quickly now so try to help and accomadate the changes:)  I know how you feel!
