Pre natal vitamens?

Will i need an adult with to get them? And are they really that big? Like in baby mama cuz that was huge!

I used to choke on the full size ones.  They are that big from the calcium. I switched to chewy prenatals and chewy calcium which both taste like candy lol

Have you tried gummy prenatal vitamins?  They are tasty and easy to swallow.  I think they are produced by Vita Fusion.

I have to take flinstone vitamins 2xs a day because prenatal ones get me sick!  My dr told me take the flinstone ones! You could always try that since theyre chewable and gummys

The ones I have are about the size of a 2 yr olds index finger, and it's hard for me to take them. Lol

Prenatal vitamins are vitamins, you buy them in the vitamin aisle or the pregnant lady section (but usually with the vitamins).  You don't need to be any particular age to get them.  If you have trouble taking them, take them with applesauce or pudding.  I don't know how huge the ones were that you saw, but the size varies depending on the manufacturer.
