Things to think about, try not to have rough sex. If you allow your man to be deep deep inside this can cause you a great amount of pressure. I too at 28-29weeks experienced cramps like a period. I say your bodies jus getting ready for delivery. Stay drinking water, and stay active. Stretch as much as possible but don't over do it. Try not to stress about your discharge, its only going to increase... Only worry if its milky or smelly. In all I think you are fine. I'm 32 weeks today. So don't worry. Hope this helps...
