Anybody else having puffiness in face area
So yesterday morning I noticed that the left side of my face was puffy especially around the left eye. I called the doctor and spoke to a nurse she said that it could be that I ate too much salt and should drink plenty of fluid. Also to put a cold compress on. If it didn't get better to go ER. Well it started to get better but now it is back to where it started and btw I don't eat a lot of salt or foods that have salt in them. Anybody else experiencing this and if so what dud u do.
the puffiness went away just kept downing the liquids and putting a cold compress on my face. My blood presure was not elevated .
