not sure what to think

I am 10weeks now and have not yet had an ultrasound and today I started feeling a sharp pain in my left shoulder and then at dinner time I was having a constant cramping only on my left side of my abdomen.and the pain is still there..everything I read is telling me that is an ectopic pregnancy but I have no bleeding or spotting? Anybody have incite on this or do I just need to go to the doctor.

Could be  round ligament pain.  Never feel bad.for.calling your Dr over stuff.  I called my Dr monday about already feeling BH and ill probably call again for something else.  They don't mind and I honestly feel like they would prefer you asking questions when needed then waiting. Good luck :)

is the pain severe? if its not excrutiating pain so much that your doubled over in pain I wouldn't worry but just to be on the safe side give your doctor a call and just check. best to be safe than sorry, but I can tell you that im 11 weeks 2 days and I often have pains on my left and sometimes right side, (more the left) when im walking,moving, or sometimes it can just come on when im sat down, like a stitch type pain or cramp. but my midwife said its all normal as its just growing and expanding down there, good luck!
