I am 8 weeks pregnant and have severe morning sickness, that increases at night time , its my second baby , with the first one i was admitted three times in hospital they labelled it hyperemesis gravidum , i have taken 2 weeks off from work :/
Were you prescribed the pills? Also, if your symptoms are severe, you may need to check with your gp that it is within normal limits and not the severe type of morning sickness that sometimes needs hospitalisation.
Aww, so sorry to hear. Ive been having nausea but not really throwing up. Strategy i use is to make a strong cup of ginger and honey tea first thing when i get up. It somehow helps and i tend not to feel nauseous. Im 7 wks today and hope the symptoms stay mild. Best of luck and try to stay calm (take slow deep breaths when the nausea hits you).
Any other tried and trusted remedies to share, ladies?
