Am I in labor?

hey FTM here. Last night I was feeling like I was cramping and my husband was out of town. I called my mom and she picked me up and went went walking/grocery shopping aroun 1am we didn't get home until 3:30am I was still contracting a little. I went to bed and I woke up around 4pm and I noticed my butt was wet. I thought maybe I peed on myself so I went to the restroom. I've been having discharge but it's a little more than normal and its thinner than normal. I called my doctors office and they said to walk around (without panties on) and if the liquid runs down my leg to call again. I made sure my bladder was completely empty and I walked around and now I have the edge to pee again but I haven't drunken anything and the discharge is all over my area (tmi) it hasn't been running down my leg but it's sure there. And now that I look it's white and milky. Not clear. Also while I walk around I get this pressure like I need to poop and pee but then it'll go away

Time your contractions once you see a patern of every 5 minutes i say u go to the hospital
