Bug bite

I am on bed from past 10 days.I am 4 months pregnant.I just got a bug bite.will this effect my baby growth ?I am taking care of my diet .Bt I am really worried as this is my third pregnancy.I had 2 misscarriages.My legs hurt while sleeping..Is this because of my weakness or blood circulation problem??

Potassium does wonders for the pain. It's usually muscle cramps or spasms. Eat a banana or two an hour or two before bed, or at lunch at peanut butter and banana sandwich.  I've grown up with leg muscle issues. Especially at night.

My legs have started to hurt alot last week too, specially at night. It is painful to turn in bed....
