Thank you so much for your advice!
Totally normal, though that doesnt mean your feelings have any less credibility or validation. Your body has come through the greatest experience it can, EVER! it is most definitely reasonable to feel a little weird or out of place as the experience comes to a close. I like to journal when im feeling strange. Talk to your partner or a friend or your baby! If you're feeling undeniably upset, yes bring it to your doctor. They should want nothing but the best for you at this time and have the devices/advice to get you through
And feel free to talk to friends or family too.
I've been feeling really down too. I think it's normal, just keep tabs on it and let your doctor know. And talking to people you love and trust, will help you get some of that weight off your shoulders.
Feel better soon.
I'll be sure to do so.
Thank you
I think its prob normal for a person to feel down about a chapter of their life coming to an end like pregnancy. Feelings of anxiety about birth or becoming a mom can manifest as depression. I would mention your feelings to your Dr or midwife at your next visit, you shouldn't have to carry the weight of depression by yourself.
