Symptoms?

I found out a week ago I was pregnant, about 5 weeks! I was just curious what the typical symptoms are for most women around 5 weeks.. I've been very tired, nauseous at times but not very much, I've been peeing like crazy lol, my back has been KILLING me, and I have had headaches every now and then.

I'm 5 weeks tomorrow with my first...so far my boobs are sore and swollen, I'm tired a lot and hungry pretty much every 3 hours on the dot. And it's a weird sort of hunger, where I'll think, "Hm, I could eat now", and then 30 seconds later "FEED ME NOWWWWW!!!"...I was pretty crampy last week but that's eased off. It STILL doesn't feel real!

6 weeks 1 day today...sore boobs, very hungry to the point I'm getting up in the middle of the night to snack, late night potty trips once or twice a night, shooting pain in the vagina area, cramps on/off probably due to built up gas, on/off constipation to diarrhea. The things us pregnant ladies endure through pregnancy. Good luck February moms-to-be!!! :-)

Im 6w2d and for the last 2 weeks Ive had very sore boobs, been really tired, and Ive had a lot of gas the gas is now getting worse :(

7 weeks constant nausea often leads to vomiting, Constantly hot and thirsty to the point where a drink is all I can think about normally when I'm walling or in a car. Tired a lot more, cramps, crazy dreams, sensitive to many smells

Im 5 weeks 2 days, I get awful migraines, all I want to do is eat and sleep, and My breasts hurt more than I think they ever have except when I breastfed my first haha

Hi I'm 5 weeks tomorrow. Very tired, peeling a lot, cramping here and there, sore back on/off,no nausea, boobs are feeling heavy and a little sore... Very hungry but no cravings yet.

Hey there! I too just found out last week I was expecting. I'm about 5w3d now. The only symptoms I've had are pain in my back like crazy! & light cramping here & there. I'm also really hot, & constantly thirsty. I've always had problems with nausea so that hasn't gotten any worse. All women are different tho. Congrats on you sweet baby!!
