I lost weight throughout my first pregnancy and only put on what baby, placenta and extra fluids weight. I was shock after stepping on the scale a week after birth. I was off pretty much most of the foods but I drank tons of water. My baby is very healthy and strong so no harm done to her.
We both In the same boat but this Is my 3ed in Yes its normal but just know when your 6,7 &8 month come thats when you pack on the pounds so be careful about what you eat in how you eat.. goodluck
