I need a remedy to bring on labor. I'm overdue by 4 days and the doctors plan on inducing me Feb 10th if nothing happens by then. I really don't want to be induced as my plan involves NO MEDICATIONS. How can I get labor started? Walking and sex isn't working.

I hear people say a yoga ball is what did it for them. Bouncing and rolling your hips around in a circular motion both ways.

I heard nipple stimulation....you can Google the techniques or use a breast pump.

My water broke and didn't have any contractions so I ended up being induced via pitocin. No epideral or any other pain medications. It was awful pain, I'm not gonna lie but it was short lived and after I felt like superwoman.
