Yeah music does help I put YouTube relaxing music and that's how I'm sleeping since the very beginning of this pregnancy ... Now is getting really hard..
That's crazy because last few nights I get up every two hours. Except last night I woke up at 130 am until 530 a and back at 730. I'm 36+2. I'm busy all day everyday and I haven't found nothing that helps :-(
Try having a worm bath then rub your hold body with coconut oil (or whatever works for you) make sure to empty your bladder then tuck yourself into bed with lots of pillows to support your legs, back and stomach in your most comfortable position. Then maybe read a book or play some calm natural songs eg. Waterfalls, birds whatever from YouTube maybe.

Stop drinking fluids after 8.... and try to tucker yourself out during the day by walking, exercising, cleaning or whatever.... this is what works for me and i try not to nap during the day.
I have been having trouble sleeping too. I get up to pee once every hour lol and I'm sooo uncomfortable. But I had a cup of chamomile tea the other night and I slept so good!
It's making me miserable! I always feel like I'm about to pee myself and when I finally go it's like nothing . I'm so sleep deprived
Same problem :( can't sleep. My body is all itching and I need a toilet every 40 min or so :(
