contractions?

My lower back has been killing me even with Tylenol! Is that a sign of early labor? Also my stomach gets hard a lot is that another sign? I'm a FTM 34weeks pregnant due February 3rd

I feel my stomach hardening and tightening, not sure if this it's Braxton Hicks but I'm 32 weeks due Feb. 27

I'm also FTM due Feb 4 and having all these same symptoms. In addition to these, my baby goes through hour-long phases of kicking/punching me HARD all over, I'm actually bruised on the inside on my right side. It brings me to tears how much it hurts when she goes through these active phases. It feels like I'm getting my colon kicked in! Anyone else having this much pain with an active baby?

Also a FTM and due the 3rd. Been having exact same problem. Had appointment today and found out baby girl is completely dropped into my pelvis and I though my cervix is closed, I am 75% effaced. Dr said to lay on left side to relieve pain. And if your back and hips hurt like mine, try getting on your knees and leaning forward onto pillows to try and encourage baby away from you back. Good luck ladies!!

I'm also due the 3rd nd I've been getting bad BH starting  from my lower back off and on I think it's just our bodies preparing for labor. .. really it could be 3-5 weeks now maybe sooner

Doctor said the same thing! I've taken Tylenol twice my whole pregnancy and I hate pain and needles (even though I have tattoos)

I'm a FTM too... 34 weeks and due on February 3rd!!  My back is killing me too, I have intense low abdominal pain specially when I'm laying down and I need to turn from one side to the other... Super painful! I've only taken Tylenol once throughout my pregnancy, I do not have a high tolerance for pain. I've also noticed that my stomach gets very hard from te to time, I mentioned this to my OBGYN just last week during my F/U appointment and she said part of the reason why this is happening is because my uterus is enlarging and also it has to do with false contractions, but to not worry it is totally normal ...

I'm 34+2 and went to l&d triage for this same thing last night! The on call doctor did an exam and said I was 2cm dilated but that is normal for being so far along. I was also having bad cramps that felt like period cramps but worse and it turns out I was having contractions. They gave me a pill and a shot to stop the contractions and then sent me home.
