Measuring Smaller

So I went to my ob appt a few days ago, and she measured me with the tape measurer and told me I was measuring 35 weeks.....I am actually almost 38 weeks......Should I be concerned that shes measuring so much smaller? My whole pregnancy I was always either right on track or one week ahead.

Yes at my 35 week appt i was measuring bigger at 40cm. So he sent me to get an u/s. Cos i have gd incase she was too big but she is at 6.5lbs as off last week. So im guessing she will be 7# when i deliver in a couple weeks or maybe next week. Cos of gd they deliver earlier at 39 weeks

I am 37+5 and yesterday my OB said my fundal height was measuring 29 weeks!! (Not baby..but my belly.) Baby is at a 0 station though...so she has dropped considerably.  This late in the game,i wouldn't worry about belly measurements. ..they're highly inaccurate for determining size of baby.

At my 39 week appointment yesterday I was still measuring 37 weeks, but doctor mentioned that it could be due to baby dropping in prep for birth.  She didn't seem worried since he has been on track growth wise all pregnancy.  Have you been on track so far and just off this week?  It could be for the same reason.
