Im 21 weeks pregnant and I have always been a big coffee drinker like 4-5 cups a day now I have cut down to 1 a day and 1 tea a day since being pregnant and my pregnancy dietitian says thats completly fine I also use a coffee based scrub which helps with stretch marks twice a week it does wonders :) amanda

Coffe is fine don't drink more than 12 oz a day or two cups if you go to a coffee shop you can order a 12 oz one you'll be fine

i think with coffee you can have an 8oz cup. so when getting it from a coffee shop id stick to a small. otherwise you can have up to 200mg of caffeine a day so if your having other beverages with caffeine in them might be alittle harder to track ie pop.
