pressure!! low utet

Hello I am 23 weeks and 5 days and have a lot of pressure in my lower abdomen even when I pee. Does anyone else have this problem and how Do you relieve the pressure

I had this too last week.... but don't worry... soon the baby will change its position n u will b relieved..... to encourage ur baby to climb upwards in uterus.... lie down without a pillow below head..... and raise your legs upwards.... lie on ur back for at least 15 mins with legs up with support of some pillows..... this helped me.

Im 24 + 2 and have thia problem as well as a sharp kinda stabbing feel down stairs (sorry TMI) pre aure its normal. Baby is mosy probs pushing down wards. Ive read alot of forums saying other girls have had this problem and its all normal. As long as your not bleeding.
